This week I managed to stitch a lot and get some old UFOs out of their box.
The first of those UFOs I want to turn into a WIP again is "Sleeping Beauty" from Joan Elliott. I found this design in issue 6 of the German magazine Maxxina (which are mostly re-releases of the magazine Borduurblaad from the Netherlands).
This was how I dragged her out of her box (save for the beads, I sewed them on before I remembered to take a picture).
I was able to stitch 3 hours on her this week, so this is how she looks as the moment:
Haha, the two pictures look nearly the same! I started stitching the pillow and did some leaves. Not too bad for 3 hours ^^
Here's a close-up! I really want to continue working on her, but I need to get some more christmas stitching done... Cards and ornaments and a stocking are calling for me!
